Policy of change for Greece

For changes in footwear by the customer contact the company at the phone: +30 2410535755 within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

The return will be accepted only when the shoe is in its original form (on the box, it bears its cards and insignia as well as the document - proof of purchase).  

The re-dispatch of the product costs for Larissa 3€, for the province 4€ and the customer is charged. The return process will be done only with the same courier with which the product was sent for the first time.

If there is a price difference in the second product you chose regarding the one you bought the first time, this amount will be paid either by deposit in our account, cash on delivery or by credit.

In any case, the product will first be returned by the customer within 30 days and then the shoe will be sent for replacement by the company.

Incorrect Shipments

If the merchandise you received does not coincide with the product of your order you should register your request on the home page "contact us" or contact the company by phone for Greece and Cyprus at: +30 2410535755, within 3 days of receipt of the product. Then you must within the next 14 days to carry out the shipment.

In this case there is no charge to the customer for the replacement.

If for any reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another one, you should enter the return request on the home page "contact us" or contact by phone with the company for Greece at: +30 2410535755, indicating the reason for the cancellation.

The request must be registered within 3 days and the shipment must take place within the next 14 days of the approval of the request.
After the return is made and it is established that the product has not been used, the company will contact you for the change.

The products and the packaging should be in excellent condition and accompanied by all the accompanying documents: Retail receipt and other accompanying documents such as labels – distinctive marks inside the box, etc.

PS: The sections "Socks" & "Accessories" are excluded from our Change Policy, since there is no possibility of change after the end of the order for hygiene reasons.
